1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Coffee Paradise Resort. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with a booking or use our website.

These terms apply to all users, guests, and visitors. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Reservations & Bookings

All reservations made with Coffee Paradise Resort are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.

• Deposit: A pre-payment or deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate plan and season.
• Payment: Full payment is required upon check-in or as per the terms of your booking. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and UPI.
• Rates: All rates are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
• Promotions: Special offers and promotions are subject to specific terms and may not be combined with other offers.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: From 2:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Check-Out: By 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur a fee.
• Identification: Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests at check-in. International guests must present a valid passport and visa.

4. Guest Conduct & Responsibilities

We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests. You agree to:

• Respect other guests, staff, and the property at all times.
• Not engage in any illegal, disruptive, or offensive behavior.
• Follow all resort policies, including those regarding noise, smoking, and common areas.
• Be financially responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during your stay.

Coffee Paradise Resort reserves the right to refuse service, evict guests, or cancel reservations without refund if these conduct guidelines are violated.

5. Property & Liability

• Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises. In-room safes are provided for your convenience.
• Accidents & Injuries: Guests use resort facilities (including pools, trails, and activity areas) at their own risk. We are not liable for accidents or injuries sustained on the property.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

6. Amenities & Services

• Pool: The infinity pool is open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Pool use is at your own risk.
• WiFi: Complimentary WiFi is provided throughout the resort. While we strive for reliable connectivity, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Activities: Guided tours and activities are subject to availability and weather conditions. Advance booking is recommended.
• Dining: The Plantation Table serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Special dietary requests can be accommodated with prior notice.

7. Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellations and modifications are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Please review it carefully before making a reservation.

• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
• Early departures are subject to the full original booking amount.
• Date changes are subject to availability and may incur rate adjustments.

For any changes to your booking, please contact us directly at least 72 hours in advance.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and processing.

• We use your information to process bookings, personalize your experience, and communicate with you.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Coffee Paradise Resort and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka.
