At Coffee Paradise Resort, we understand that travel plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling or modifying your reservation. By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms set forth below.
We recommend that you review this policy carefully before confirming your reservation. If you have any questions, please contact us directly.
For most bookings, the following cancellation terms apply:
Note: All times are based on the resort's local time zone (IST). Any changes to your booking are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.
During peak seasons (October to March, long weekends, and festive periods) and for bookings made under special promotional offers, a stricter cancellation policy may apply:
Please check your booking confirmation for the specific cancellation terms applicable to your reservation.
For group bookings of 3 or more rooms or reservations involving 10 or more guests, separate cancellation terms apply:
Group booking policies are subject to contract and may vary. Please refer to your group booking agreement for detailed terms.
Requesting a change to your reservation dates is subject to availability. The following rules apply:
If you do not arrive at the resort on the scheduled check-in date without prior communication, it will be considered a no-show. In such cases:
If you anticipate a delay in your arrival, please contact us to avoid a no-show charge.
If you decide to check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, the full amount for the original booking will be charged. No refund or credit will be issued for unused nights.
We recommend confirming your travel dates before booking to avoid early departure penalties.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
We strongly recommend that guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel delays.
Coffee Paradise Resort is not liable for any losses or expenses incurred due to cancellations, travel disruptions, or other issues covered by travel insurance.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or acts of God), we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes or offer credit for future stays.
Important: Force majeure cancellations are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We recommend contacting us directly for assistance in such situations.
